Every piece we make is handmade to order, please allow 1 to 4 weeks for your order to be completed – please note this is production time only and does NOT include shipping time. Whilst every effort is made to have your order made and ready to ship within the fastest possible time frame, and most orders are shipped within 7 working days, during busy periods the production time can be much longer. If you need a piece by a specific date, please do not hesitate to contact us before purchasing, as we will make every effort to meet your needs.
Tax Free
Our business is based in the Netherlands, all taxes are included in the price of our products. Items sold outside of the EU will not be charged the 21% tax of the Netherlands.
To be eligible for tax free purchases, customers must live outside of the EU and process their payment with a non-EU bank account or credit card.
Shipping
Orders within the Netherlands are sent by registered mail with PostNL and are usually delivered within 1-3 business days. All shipments are trackable.
Orders outside of the Netherlands are sent by registered mail with PostNL and delivered by the local partner in the country of destination. Parcels sent within the EU are usually delivered within 3-5 business days. Parcels sent outside the EU usually arrive within 10-14 business days depending on customs clearance in the country of destination.
We will confirm your order is ready for shipment by email, along with a track & trace code. You can follow your order with this track & trace code.
Upon completion of order, check your confirmation email immediately to ensure the order contents and “ship to” address are correct. If anything is incorrect, please contact us immediately. Once a package has been shipped, we cannot redirect it.
Stefan Witjes Jewelry is not liable for a delivery address incorrectly specified by the customer.
All shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise. We only deliver by registered mail.
Stefan Witjes Jewelry is not responsible for any additional taxes, fees or duties in the country of destination.

Returns
All returns must be approved by Stefan Witjes Jewelry.
Items must be returned undamaged and in an unused condition. Stefan Witjes Jewelry will not issue a refund until returned merchandise has been received. Stefan Witjes Jewelry reserves the right to refuse any returned merchandise.
The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
Exchanges will be subject to additional shipping charges.
To make a return, please email info@stefanwitjes.nl, kindly include your name, order number and the item you want to return. Returned items must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving for a full refund minus a 15% administration fee.
Once your return has been received please allow 1-7 business days for The Netherlands to process the refund, and 1-14 days for International.
There will be no refunds issued on custom work or on made to order ring and bracelet sizes. Resizing is possible with additional costs, please inquire by email to info@stefanwitjes.nl
